Biography
Mihaela has been an attorney since 1997, and after a collaboration with Schönherr Rechtsanwälte OEG in 2002, she continued her professional training as a senior attorney within Mușat & Asociatii, one of the most prestigious law firms in Romania. Since 2007, Mihaela has been working in her own law firm, offering both legal advice in the fields of civil, commercial, administrative law, as well as representation and assistance of clients before Romanian courts and authorities in a wide range of litigation procedures. Since 2016, Mihaela has been a conciliator within the Alternative Banking Dispute Resolution Centre (CSALB).
Mihaela is a member of the Bucharest Bar and is fluent in Romanian, German and English.
